Engineering before cutting
No panel is loaded onto the CNC bed until shop drawings are approved and signed. Errors are corrected on paper, where they cost nothing.
About Arts Group
Arts Group Company for the Furniture Industry L.L.C. manufactures contract furniture and architectural joinery from its facility in Tripoli, Libya, supplying developers, fit-out contractors, hospitality operators and wholesale distributors across the region and beyond.
Capacity is only useful when it is scheduled, verified and shipped on the date agreed.
Our position
The company was built on a straightforward observation: commercial clients in our market were forced to choose between two imperfect options. Volume factories could produce panel furniture cheaply but refused anything that deviated from a catalogue. Small joinery workshops could execute a bespoke café interior beautifully, then miss the opening date by a month because they had eleven other jobs on the same bench.
Arts Group closed that gap by industrialising the bespoke. Our lines are configured for batch efficiency, but every batch begins with engineering: a set of production shop drawings, a costed bill of materials, and a slot in the schedule. A one-off reception desk and a 400-unit hotel bedroom package pass through the same controlled route.
That structure is what lets us commit to dates in writing, price large tenders competitively, and hold specification consistency across a multi-site rollout where every branch has to look identical.
How we operate
No panel is loaded onto the CNC bed until shop drawings are approved and signed. Errors are corrected on paper, where they cost nothing.
Cutting, banding, pressing, finishing, assembly and packing all happen in our facility. There is no third party to blame for a delay.
Approved board grades, hardware brands and finishes are locked to the order. Substitutions require written client approval — never a quiet swap.
Inspection sheets, loading photographs, packing lists and seal numbers are issued as standard, so your site team knows exactly what arrived.
The facility
A single integrated site in Tripoli organised as a linear flow: raw material intake at one end, sealed export packaging at the other.
Vision
Not as a low-cost alternative of last resort, but as a technically credible manufacturing partner that international buyers choose on merit — capability, consistency and delivery performance.
Mission
We measure ourselves on three numbers: the percentage of orders shipped on the agreed date, the percentage of items accepted at first inspection, and the number of specification deviations reaching site. All three are reported to clients on request.
Serious buyers are welcome to inspect the facility, review production records and meet the engineering team before signing anything. Write to us and we will arrange the visit.
