Custom projects & architectural layouts
We take architectural layouts, interior design packages and even a marked-up site survey, and turn them into production shop drawings, cut lists and finished joinery that fits the space on the first attempt.
What we build
Curved service counters, radiused bar fronts, slatted timber screens, bench seating with concealed service access, and integrated pastry display substructures. Curved work is built on CNC-cut ribs and formed skins rather than bent on site.
Reception desks, executive suites, open-plan desking with cable management, meeting tables with power cut-outs, storage walls and acoustic partitions — coordinated with the MEP layout so nothing clashes with a floor box.
Repeatable display systems, cash wraps, back-of-house storage and branded fixtures built to a controlled specification so branch nine looks exactly like branch one.
Bedroom casegoods, wardrobes, headboard walls, minibar units and lobby joinery produced as repeating room-type packages, packed and labelled by room number for floor-by-floor installation.
Booth seating, waiter stations, host stands and serving lines specified with moisture-resistant substrates and cleanable surfaces where spillage and daily wiping are constant.
High-traffic furniture with reinforced carcasses, rounded exposed edges, non-toxic finish systems and hardware rated for institutional cycle counts.
Execution route
Each stage closes with a deliverable you can review. Nothing advances until the previous stage is signed.
We read the architectural layout against real site dimensions, flag conflicts with services, columns and out-of-square walls, and agree the scope of manufactured items before pricing.
You receive an itemised quotation tied to a bill of quantities, the material specification per item, and a production programme with a firm dispatch window.
Our engineering desk issues manufacturing-level drawings — sections, joints, hardware positions, edge treatments — alongside physical finish samples. Production begins only on your written approval.
Boards, veneers, hardware and edge tape are reserved against your job number. Nesting programmes are optimised per sheet so the yield and the offcut plan are known before cutting.
Large assemblies are built up on the factory floor and checked against the drawing before knock-down. Inspection sheets record dimensions, squareness, finish and hardware operation.
Items are labelled by zone or room number, packed for transit and loaded in installation sequence. Assembly instructions, hardware kits and a supervising technician can be included by agreement.
Difficult geometry
Organic interiors fail at the details: a counter radius that flat-spots, a slat screen whose spacing drifts, a curved fascia with a visible joint every 600 mm. These are manufacturing problems, not design problems.
We resolve them upstream — CNC-cut rib formers set the true curve, flexible substrates are laminated over the formers under press, and slat spacing is machined from a single programme rather than measured by hand. What arrives on site matches the render because it was engineered to.
